Who are we?
Doeko Hightech Tooling, based in Weurt, develops and manufactures precision mechanical components, modules, and tooling for customers in sectors including high-tech industry, semiconductors, automotive, packaging, and medical technology.
We work with modern CNC machines, high-quality measuring equipment, and highly automated production cells. Doeko employs approximately 50 people and 25 robots.

What will you do?
As a CNC Machinist in our turning department, you work with modern CNC turning and multitask machines. You produce precision mechanical components with high requirements for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and repeatability.
You set up machines, program them, start up production, and check whether everything meets the specifications. You translate technical drawings and product information into an efficient machining process and think along about tooling, workholding, machining sequence, and process reliability.
Some of your key responsibilities are:
- Setting up, programming, starting up, and inspecting products on CNC turning and multitask machines.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, as well as work, quality, and measurement instructions.
- Determining and preparing tools, workholding setups, and machining sequences.
- Inspecting products using available measuring equipment.
- Adjusting the process when dimensional accuracy, quality, or stability requires it.
- Contributing ideas for improvements in quality, setup time, tool life, and process reliability.
- Troubleshooting issues and performing machine maintenance according to instructions or maintenance schedules.
Together with the team, you ensure during the day that our robots and automation systems can continue running in the evenings and on weekends. If an automation system does experience a malfunction outside regular working hours, we work together to get it back up and running. For this reason, Doeko operates an on-call service in accordance with the applicable company regulations.
What do you need to be able to do, have, and want?
- Experience in machining: this is a requirement for this role.
- Experience with CNC turning and the ability to independently set up, start up, and inspect products.
- Experience with multitask machines is a strong advantage.
- You are able to read technical drawings and work accurately with measuring equipment.
- You have a good understanding of tooling, workholding, cutting conditions, dimensional accuracy, and product quality.
- You work independently, think in a practical way, and easily communicate with colleagues.
- Order, discipline, and cleanliness come naturally to you.
