Automation that adapts to your production reality
Custom production solutions
Your product, our automation
Not every product fits into a standard production process. Especially with high-tech components, modules and systems, the real challenge often appears when a design has to be scaled up towards stable series production.
Doeko develops custom production solutions for products that combine multiple process steps, operate within critical tolerance stack-ups or need to be integrated into complex modules and systems. By bringing engineering, automation and assembly together, we ensure that products can be produced repeatably within a stable production environment.
Your challenge
Our solution
Many development projects run into problems when a design has to be produced in practice.
For example, when:
- Your product is not yet stable enough for series production
- The tolerance stack-up cannot be closed reliably
- Routing between operations becomes complex or manual
- Multiple process steps influence one another
- Suppliers need to be aligned with each other
- Scaling up towards series production becomes necessary
- Your current supplier runs into repeatability issues
At Doeko, we develop automation solutions that match the technical reality of the product. Our automation is not a separate addition to machines, but part of an integrated production environment in which components move through different process steps in a controlled flow.
By connecting central storage, AGV transport and robot-controlled machining cells, products can be produced repeatably within stable production routes. This keeps tolerance stack-ups under control and makes quality predictable across multiple operations and assembly steps.
This approach makes it possible to make products scalable for production without compromising functionality or accuracy.
In-house automation
Developed by our own mechatronics team
An important part of our custom solutions is that we develop most of our automation ourselves. Our own mechatronics team designs and realises automation solutions that match the specific requirements of components, modules and systems.
Because these solutions are developed in-house, production routes can be adapted when the product requires it. This makes it possible to realise production processes that go beyond standard machine automation.
For example, we developed our own laser cutting and laser welding application to make a critical customer product manufacturable. Where existing production methods did not provide enough stability, we developed a completely new automated production route that did prove suitable for series production.
This is how we can produce products that prove difficult to reproduce elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions
Practical questions and answers
Can Doeko develop a custom production process for a complex product?
Yes. Doeko can develop custom production processes for complex products. By combining in-house automation, machining, laser processing, assembly and quality control, we can create production routes that match the technical requirements of the product.
Can Doeko help if a product cannot be produced stably in series?
Yes. If a product cannot be produced stably in series, Doeko looks at the function, tolerance stack-up, process steps, assembly and automation. Often, the solution is not one single operation, but redesigning the production route for repeatable production.
Does Doeko develop its own automation for customer products?
Yes. Doeko develops its own automation for products when standard solutions do not fit well enough. Our mechatronics team can develop product handling, robot cells or specific process setups. One example is our in-house laser application for a critical customer product that could not otherwise be produced in a stable way.
