Cleaning and cleanroom for high-tech components
Our approach
Checked to the finest detail
For high-tech components, quality does not stop at dimensional accuracy. Parts cleaning, cleanroom assembly and packaging also determine whether a component is suitable for assembly, testing or integration into a high-tech system.
At Doeko, we combine industrial parts cleaning with cleanroom assembly. After machining, parts can be automatically cleaned in our Ecoclean installation and then processed in a controlled way within our cleanroom environment.
We process, among others:
- Precision mechanical components
- Parts for cleanroom assembly
- Modules for high-tech applications
- Components with critical cleanliness requirements
- Parts for testing and packaging
Where quality begins
Our cleaning and cleanroom facilities
Ecoclean
For cleaning high-tech components, Doeko uses an Ecoclean cleaning installation. Parts are automatically cleaned with modified alcohol, removing oil, grease, emulsion residues and fine contamination in a controlled way.
The cleaning process takes place in a closed and controlled installation. The machine also continuously cleans and monitors its own process, allowing parts to be processed with a stable cleaning result.
With this cleaning step, we achieve a technical cleanliness level that aligns with cleanliness class 2. This allows components to move directly on to further assembly, testing, packaging or processing in our cleanroom environment.
Cleanroom assembly, testing and packaging
After cleaning, components and modules can be processed in our cleanroom environment. Here, we carry out cleanroom assembly, packaging and testing for applications where technical cleanliness and contamination control are important.
Depending on the application, we carry out tests such as vacuum tests, flow tests and pressure tests. We can also perform test procedures in collaboration with the customer or using customer-specific test equipment.
With our Ecoclean installation, we clean components to a level that aligns with cleanliness class 2. In our cleanroom, we then process and package these parts in a controlled way, so this cleanliness level is maintained during storage, transport and further processing at the customer.

Pre-cleaning in central storage
An automated washing installation is integrated into our central storage. This allows products to receive an initial cleaning step during the production flow, for example to remove coolant, chips or other process residues.
This pre-cleaning ensures that parts move on to the next operation, automated quality measurement or further processing in a cleaner condition. As a result, the process remains more stable and components can be measured in a controlled way before they are potentially cleaned further, assembled or packaged in our cleanroom environment.
Efficiency in cleaning & cleanroom
Cleaning and cleanroom as a controlled process step
By combining parts cleaning, cleanroom assembly, testing and packaging within one production environment, we maintain control over the final steps of the production process. Components are not only produced accurately, but also cleaned, processed and packaged in a controlled way according to the requirements of the application.
This approach is especially relevant for high-tech components and modules in semiconductor, analytical equipment and health tech, where technical cleanliness and repeatability determine the performance of the final product.

Frequently asked questions
Practical questions and answers
What cleanroom class does Doeko have?
Doeko works with a cleanliness level that aligns with cleanliness class 2. This is achieved by cleaning parts in the Ecoclean installation and then processing them in a controlled way within the cleanroom environment.
Can Doeko clean components for semiconductor or health tech applications?
Yes. Doeko can clean high-tech components for applications in sectors such as semiconductor, analytical equipment and health tech. We use an Ecoclean installation with modified alcohol to remove oil, grease, emulsion residues and fine contamination in a controlled way.
Can Doeko assemble modules in a cleanroom environment?
Yes. Doeko can assemble components and modules in a cleanroom environment. This is relevant for applications where technical cleanliness, contamination control and controlled packaging are important, such as semiconductor, analytical equipment and health tech.
Can Doeko test products in the cleanroom?
Yes. In the cleanroom environment, Doeko can assemble, package and test products. Depending on the application, tests such as vacuum tests, flow tests and pressure tests can be carried out. Testing with customer-specific test equipment is also possible when agreed in advance.
