In the podcast, they explained how automation at Doeko has developed over the years and why we deliberately take a different approach from many other companies.

At Doeko, we do not automate per individual machine or production cell. We develop our automation ourselves and build it as part of one integrated system. Think of central storage, AGV transport, connected machine cells and automated logistics flows between different operations.

We do not automate for the sake of automation, but to produce complex products repeatably and at scale.
