Production Manager

De bedrijfshal van Doeko

Where will you be working?

Doeko Hightech Tooling, based in Weurt, specializes in the development and production of precision mechanical components and tooling for the high-tech industry. Their products are used in environments where tolerances are extremely tight and reliability is essential.

They work for clients such as ASML, Nexperia, and KTM—organizations where production processes only function if every single component performs exactly as intended.

Within Doeko, this means thinking beyond “serial production” and focusing on process control. Production, engineering, and work preparation work closely together to make complex products fully reproducible.

The organization is technically driven, practically organized, and characterized by short communication lines. Decisions are made close to the shop floor. Craftsmanship is central, but the real challenge lies in optimizing how all disciplines within production work together.

Due to growth and further professionalization, there is an opening for a Production Manager.
