Doeko expands machine park with Nakamura-Tome NT Flex-PLUS

Doeko started 2026 with an expansion of its machine park. With the arrival of the Nakamura-Tome NT Flex-PLUS, we are increasing our capacity for producing smaller precision parts.

This CNC turning machine fits the further development of our factory towards faster, more stable and more scalable production. Especially with smaller parts, a controlled and repeatable process is important, particularly when tolerances, series size and lead time come together.

CNC turning for smaller precision parts

At Doeko, the Nakamura-Tome NT Flex-PLUS will be used for smaller precision parts where dimensional accuracy and repeatability are important. The machine has a maximum spindle bore of 38 mm and a maximum turning length of 405 mm.

This expansion strengthens our capabilities for series turning within high-tech component production. The machine makes it possible to produce more efficiently, without compromising the accuracy required for critical parts.

Additional capacity for stable series production

With this investment, we are taking another step in strengthening our production capacity. The Nakamura-Tome NT Flex-PLUS helps us produce smaller precision parts faster and more stably within series production.

For customers, this means additional capacity for turning work where repeatability, quality and delivery reliability are important. The expansion fits within our broader development: producing complex high-tech components not only accurately, but also efficiently and at scale.
