New Yasda PX30i strengthens precision production at Doeko

Yasda PX30i

A Yasda had been on Doeko’s wish list for some time. Not because we simply needed another machine, but because certain products require an exceptionally stable and repeatable production environment.

For components with critical tolerances, it is not enough to produce a part accurately once. The real challenge is repeating that accuracy, series after series. That is why Doeko has invested in a new Yasda PX30i.

Repeatability as the starting point

The choice for Yasda fits the way Doeko looks at production. For complex high-tech components, dimensional accuracy, process stability and machine repeatability are essential. Especially when products need to be produced in larger quantities, the stability of the machine directly affects the final result.

The Yasda PX30i is known for its high accuracy and stability. With a repeatability of <<0.001 mm on the X, Y and Z axes, this machine is suitable for parts where small deviations can have a major impact on function, fit or further assembly.

Dedicated pallet automation for quick deployment

Normally, at Doeko, we connect new machines as much as possible to our central storage and automated production routing. For this Yasda, we deliberately made a different choice.

The machine is equipped with its own pallet automation with 33 pallets and a tool magazine with 323 tools. This allowed us to bring the machine into production faster and use it directly for precision work in larger quantities.

This choice fits the purpose of the investment: creating additional capacity for components that require a high level of accuracy and repeatability, without depending on the full central automation structure.

For complex precision parts up to ø400 × 315 mm

With the Yasda PX30i, Doeko can produce complex precision parts up to ø400 × 315 mm. This strengthens our capabilities for products where dimensions, tolerances and repeatability are decisive.

The investment fits within the broader development of Doeko: not only making products manufacturable, but also producing them stably and repeatably within a scalable production environment.
