Assembly of high-tech modules and systems
Our approach
A perfectly aligned end result
In our assembly department, we build precision mechanical components into functional modules and complete systems. We provide mechanical and mechatronic assembly, including precision finishing and testing with our own test setups or customer-supplied test equipment.
For applications where cleanliness and contamination control are important, we can carry out assembly in our cleanroom environment. This allows our assembly processes to meet the requirements of high-tech sectors such as semiconductor, health tech and analytical equipment.
We produce, among others:
- Precision mechanical assemblies
- Mechatronic modules
- Subsystems for OEMs
- Cleanroom-ready modules
- Assemblies with customer-specific testing
Where quality begins
Our assembly processes
Mechanical assembly
In mechanical assembly, precision components are brought together into stable subassemblies and modules. We take into account fit, tolerance stack-ups and the functional relationship between parts, so modules are ready for integration into the customer’s final product.
Finishing and benchwork are an essential part of the assembly process. Where needed, parts are manually finished, adjusted and checked before they become part of a module or system. These final steps contribute to reliable fit and stable final quality.
Mechatronic assembly
In addition to mechanical assembly, Doeko also provides mechatronic assembly, where mechanics are combined with electronics, cabling and motion components. This allows modules to be built as integrated functional units and prepared for use within the customer’s system.
By integrating this within one environment, tolerance stack-ups remain manageable and the transition from component production to system level can take place in a controlled way, both for one-offs and series production.

Testing and validation
After assembly, modules and systems can be functionally tested and validated. These tests can be carried out by Doeko or together with the customer, depending on the application and the required validation process.
When specific test setups or measurement methods are required, we can work with the customer’s own test equipment. This ensures that validation steps remain aligned with the final application of the module or system.
The dimensional and geometric quality of components and assemblies is secured in our measurement room, where parts are inspected before being released for further integration or delivery.
Cleanroom assembly
For applications where contamination control determines the performance of components or systems, assembly can take place in our cleanroom environment. This keeps modules suitable for applications in semiconductor, medical and other high-tech environments.

Efficiency in assembly
Assembly as part of scalable production
Because assembly at Doeko is integrated with engineering, component production and quality control, modules and systems can be built repeatably within controlled production routes. This creates a stable transition from prototype to series production and keeps quality manageable across multiple production steps.

Frequently asked questions
Practical questions and answers
Can Doeko test modules using customer-supplied test equipment?
Yes. Doeko can test modules using our own test setups or customer-supplied test equipment. This is especially relevant when the functional test closely matches the customer’s application. We agree in advance which test procedure, equipment and release criteria are required.
Can Doeko carry out cleanroom assembly for modules and systems?
Yes. Doeko can carry out cleanroom assembly for modules and systems where technical cleanliness and contamination control are important. After cleaning, components can be assembled, tested and packaged in a controlled way in the cleanroom environment for further integration or delivery.
