Our factory is highly automated with connections across multiple machines and processes. That is why we prefer to be involved early in the design and manufacturability of your product. With Design for Manufacturing, we look together at the function, specifications and critical tolerances, so the product fits our production environment and can be produced in a stable way.
Combined with our craftsmanship, this approach allows us to make critical components manufacturable and produce them reliably, also at larger scale. Through our ERP and MES systems, central storage, AGV transport and robot cells, parts can move through different process steps in a controlled flow. This makes our production environment suitable for complex products where dimensions, process sequence and quality control must be closely aligned.
