That's how Doeko does it
The exact steps we take for you

With craftsmanship alone you are not there yet. Control of the entire manufacturing process is essential for the perfect tool for you product. We are happy to explain to you how this process works.

Step 1: Risk analysis

We prefer to watch from the start of your product design. Because with a smart design we can make the production process as efficient as possible. And that sometimes depends on one hundredth of a millimeter. That is why we make a prediction based on calculations in what way the material will behave during the production process.

Step 2: Design

We always ask ourselves how your product can be produced as simply as possible, without making concessions to your wishes. Our team of engineers designs and refines based on your feedback until we have the final design of your tool.

Stap 3: Making process

After our CAM engineers have translated the CAD models into numerical control, production on the machines starts. This is done 24 hours a day in our robotized and air-conditioned workshop. Highly qualified technicians assemble the parts of your tools.

Step 4: Qualification

We determine the variables that have the most influence on the quality of the product and examine the effect of these variables in different values. In this way we can very accurately determine the working window that guarantees the best quality of the product.

Step 5: Aftercare

For us, the book is not yet closed when the tool with built-in digital memory, on which, for example, the grinding schedule and the EBOM can be read, has been delivered to you. We can offer you a full service contract if you want, but we are also available every day without it.
